At Elysian Combat LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.
• Be free from odors, stains, pet hair, or other signs of use.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Worn or used compression apparel.
• Items that have been washed or altered.
• Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such).
• Gift cards.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we accept exchanges for the same product in a different size, subject to inventory availability. The returned item must meet our return eligibility requirements.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or you received a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
